Its ability to maintain turf color and it’s incredibly high salt tolerance makes it a favorite across the southern United States. Zoysia's fast rate of growth and vigorous lateral growth lends well to residential and commercial applications alike.

Bimini Bermuda has superior drought resistance and maintains quality and color all while using less water than other varieties. It has a faster establishing and recovery pace compared to other grasses. It is known for its bright green color and retains it through the fall and spring seasons.

St Augustine grass is the most popular choice for lawns in the southern United States. Floratam’s dark-green color, broad flat blades, and bug resistance makes it a favorite of home and business owners across Florida. As a highly adaptable grass, Floratam performs best in full sunlight, though it also thrives under a variety of other environmental and soil conditions.

 Proper watering of sod is essential for healthy grass. The day of installation,
enough water should be applied to penetrate the sod and two inches of k soil.

From day two on, keep your sod and soil moist throughout the day with irrigation.

Argentine Bahia grass is a dark green, wide-bladed, dense grass most commonly sold across the southern United States. It is deep rooted, highly drought tolerant, and incredibly bug and disease resistant. It is an excellent choice for low maintenance lawn grass or pasture grass and will survive with little maintenance in southern climates.
